Foursquare Youth is the arm of the church that depends on God to emancipate, empower and encourage young people for exploits. The goal is to raise Christ centered Champions in everyday life circumspectly. The Youth arm is composed of all young people ages 18 to 40 from all Foursquare local churches nationwide
The National Foursquare Youth Ministry, under the Home and Life Mission, is headed by its National Youth Director working with many other District Youth Coordinators and Presidents across 163 Districts in Nigeria. One of its major activities or events are the Youth Week; March For Jesus; Song Of Praise and the National Youth Camp being held once every year.

The functions of the Youth Ministry
Organize regular fellowship that will enlighten and develop the mind of Youths in the Church.
Maintain harmony, unity and spirit of oneness among the Youths in the Church.
Attend to the welfare and wellbeing of the Youth in the church.
Organize Youth oriented programs to provide synergy among the Youth in the Church.
Engage in career talk, seminars, and workshops to promote the interest and build up the Youth.
Drive the vision and implementation of the strategies for growing the attendance of Youths in the Church.
Provide direction, mentorship and coaching for the Youth of the Church.
Coordinate the setting up of Youth Churches and Youth leaders at all levels-Regional, Axis, District, Zonal, and Local Churches.

In furtherance of the Vision and Mission of the NYM, the current coordinator of youths, Pst Gbenga Olowe itemized the following at the beginning of his tenure:
- Re-strategizing the Youth Ministry’s CORE Values in bringing back and retaining our Youths – bridging the gaps between the older and younger generations.
- Youths Development in Career, Entrepreneurship, Vocation, Ministry and Leadership.
- Talent Hunt & identification, Relationship Networking & Stabilization among young people.
- Palliative Support to leaders and development of National Youth Cabin at Ajebo Foursquare Camp
- Improve the image, quality, perception, and attendance at all Youth Programs at every level.
- Creating Investment Portfolio and Business Empowerment for the Ministry.
- Secondary School Fellowship Centers/Foursquare Corpers Fellowship and Youth Churches across the Country to Promote the Gospel.
