The YELP Ministry has five main strategic thrust which are:
– Pathfinding. (Self Discovery)
– Personalized Leadership Development. (Self Awareness & Self Leadership)
– Capacity Development (Knowledge, Skill & Ability development).
– School of the Spirit.
– Partnership & Advocacy
The strategic thrusts are the drivers of the vision of the YELP Ministry with the mission
statement “ raising all round youths fit for kingdom service, doing exploits in the world of work with impeccable leadership prowess.”
