Youth Empowerment and Leadership Program (YELP) ARM.
This is the arm of the youth ministry saddled with the responsibility of training and empowerment of Youth leaders on basic leadership skills, and the empowerment of the entire youths within the Foursquare fold, with contemporary skill sets.
